1. About these terms
These Terms of Service apply to your use of castlepropertyhost.com, in all its languages (the “Website”), operated by Castle Property Host Inc. (“Castle”, “we”, “us”), Unit 5, 615 Denison Street, Markham, ON L3R 1B8, Canada. By using the Website, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Website.
2. The Website and our services
The Website provides information about our short-term rental management services in Canada and the United States, and lets you contact us or request a revenue estimate. Using the Website doesn't make you a client. Our services are provided only under a written agreement signed with each owner. If that agreement and these terms differ, the signed agreement applies.
3. Estimates are not guarantees
Revenue estimates, occupancy figures, nightly rates and other projections we provide are estimates based on the information available at the time. They are not a promise of future income. Actual results depend on factors outside our control, such as market demand, seasonality, regulations and platform rules.
4. General information only
Our articles, podcasts, guides and city pages are general information, not legal, tax, financial or real estate advice. Short-term rental rules change often and vary by location, so please check current rules with the relevant authority or a qualified professional before acting on them.
5. Using the Website
Please don't:
- use the Website for anything unlawful or harmful;
- send false information, spam or automated submissions through our forms;
- try to access areas or systems not meant for you, or interfere with how the Website works; or
- copy content from the Website by automated means, except for search engine indexing.
We may block access or reject submissions to protect the Website and its users.
6. Our content
The Website's content, including text, photos, videos, podcasts, logos and the Castle Property Host name, belongs to Castle or to those who licensed it to us. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial use, but not copy or reuse the content for other purposes without our written permission.
Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, Expedia, Tripadvisor, Google and other platform names belong to their owners. Their mention on the Website doesn't mean they endorse or are affiliated with Castle.
7. Links to other websites
The Website may link to other websites, such as booking platforms and government sites. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or privacy practices.
8. Limitation of liability
The Website is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Castle isn't responsible for any indirect loss, loss of income or loss of data arising from your use of the Website or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that apply to you, including Quebec's Consumer Protection Act.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information collected through the Website.

11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. If you are a consumer, the consumer protection laws of the province or state where you live also apply.
